Hi,

My PC just recently having this problem probably because I did something not right when reinstalling Comodo Firewall and it seems to messed up with the said dll file. I installed Handbrake but can't open it with the error something like Handbrake has stopped working. The other was CyberGhost VPN, this one used to work fine with Comodo Firewall but then the error happened after I reinstalled Comodo Firewall(now I've removed Comodo) and now I can't even successfully install CyberGhost VPN as the *app name* has stopped working error came up in the middle of the installation. The error listed KERNEL32.dll as fault module so I though I should mention it. I'm not sure what procedure I should do first before posting since BSOD never occurred. Please help.

Hi,
I've tried SFC like you suggested. It says it found corrupted file and have fixed it but I noticed it may have not been fixed as I tried running SFC again after restart and the result was the same as if it just fixed corrupted file again. I also already removed Comodo firewall.

Thank you.
