Problem with installing Windows 10

I currently have an Acer Aspire M5 laptop and have found it to be getting slow. I decided I should just do a factory reset. I go into Windows 10 option to do a factory reset and watch as the computer restarts and tries to do its thing.
As the laptop comes back on, it is giving me an error code of:
File: \windows\system32\winload.efi
Error code: 0xc0000225
What should I do now?

I have looked around the internet and have tried downloading windows 10 onto a flash drive, but it did not work.
I tried calling Acer's tech support but since the laptop is over years old, they redirected me to a 3rd party vendor that tried selling me a $100 one time tech support service. But when I told it to the HR in my Apknite company, they just said NO!

According to the NT Status code reference on MSDN:

0xC0000225 STATUS_NOT_FOUND

The object was not found.

File: \windows\system32\winload.efi

Looks like the file is possibly missing from your installation? Have you tried the steps outlined here?

Where did you download the iso file? How much the size it? For latest Windows 10 ISO, it is over 4G so you have to format the USB to NTFS first before writing ISO file to it
