problem with getting 2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-ba

my computer has been running slower and slower since Oct 2018.

I found that the computer had not properly downloaded and installed updates since Oct 2018.

i searched today and found this forum for help.

I have followed all the instructions and ran the scan. Here is the report:
