Problem with Flash in Windows 8.1 is maybe associated with the bug in the CBS.log?

Hi... I was having a problem to install the Pokki's app because appears that it needs to install flash player... And my IE doesn't recognize the flash player... I tried to rehabilitate flash player in add-ons in IE, but it didn't work... Then I began to search the internet what could be and I found in Microsoft an analysis to find bugs through sfc / scannow in the command prompt, where was identified a corrupt log in CBS.log... Is there some relationship between the problem and the log for the flash player is not allowed to operate? This kind of problem began with a long time ago, when I had my first problem with log (in windows 8.1 already) that cause a problem to run my google drive, just worked when I changed the properties in googledrive.exe to "run as admin"... This time I thought in do the same, but the flash player isn't allowed to install in windows 8.1.This is my CBS.log View attachment CBS.zip

Hi vannys! :smile9:
From what I know, adobe flash player is bundled with Windows 8/MSIE10 and win8.1/MSIE11 (i.e. you should see it in control panel), so I think you should not download/install it from adobe website.

I don't think also that sfc /scannow could help in this case (but anyway doing a try doesn't hurt).
You can restore the corrupted file "CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf using dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, from an elevated command prompt.
If it cannot restore/repair that file and if you are using windows firewall: it should be already set to allow incoming connections. If you have modified it, save your firewall profile, restore its default settings, re-run the sfc tool. Or just disable it. (Later you can import your saved profile)
If it cannot restore/repair that file and if you are using another firewall: check it settings or just disable it.

Try to disable MSIE from control panel - programs - turn Windows features on or off, restart Windows, come back to turn Windows features on or off, enable MSIE, restart Windows.
