Problem upgrading

Hi guys

I'm hoping someone can help me with a current upgrade issue,

Initial server I removed AD ran SYSPREP and was able to upgrade but now having issues.

I have tried clean boot
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I'm running the upgrade with the network disconnected.

The setupact.log is too large to upload.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
