Problem installing IIS Web Server role (0x80073701) - Windows Server 2019

I need help. I have tried to install the role on a Windows Server 2019 and I haven’t been able to. I’ve been dealing with this problem for several days and I’ve already run sfc /scannow and dism, but nothing has worked. I would appreciate your help.

Follow these instructions to remove an update.

• Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD
• When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
• When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.

wusa /uninstall /KB:5001342

• Let me know if it says it was successful or you get the message: The update KB5001342 is not installed on this computer.
