i have probleme with explorer (FR:explorateur de fichier) , and i post with "google translate" , sorry

Hello! I meet a trouble when I want to open the file browser. Indeed, it is displayed when I click on "Computer" folder that the file is empty (one internal hard drive and one external hard drive, each filled about half). There are bar "green" research support long, very long. Once content research done, it does not show me the icons, just a white rectangular file horny corner.

I ran cmd as administrator to include the sfc / scannow command. At the end of the scan, it says "Starting the verification phase of system scan.
The 100% verification is complete.
The Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but
failed to repair all. Details are included in the log
CBS.Log windirLogsCBSCBS.log. Par exemple C:WindowsLogsCBSCBS.lo
