[SOLVED] Problem encountered: 0x8007001F 0x20006 during Windows 10 upgrade

Apparently there is some kind of corruption in this client's OS - I'm just not sure how it got there, or what it is gong to take to fix it.
Ran SFCFix and have attached the resulting file along with the lastest CBS.log

I appreciate whatever help you can offer.

I have found the appropriate Microsoft Update Catalog components to fix the other outstanding issues, and attached is the latest CheckSUR.log.

However, I cannot determine exactly which specific IE 11 update is required to fix these errors:
