Possible Virus? New File in My \AppData\Local Folder

Two days ago a new folder and file appeared as Apps\4VKL1T02.0HB in my \AppData\Local folder. Could somebody please tell me what that file is and if it is a virus or malware?

My system is Windows Vista SP1.
