Please i need Help with my update to windows 10 in the end of the update apears a error C0000374 and is impossible to upgrade to windows 10, i have the win7 home and i tried everything and didn´t find a solution.


Please help me.
 
Hello and welcome to the forum

SFC /SCANNOW

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button. Inside the search box type in CMD
  2. Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
  4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code:
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
  4. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to you next post please upload via Dropbox or One Drive

  1. Download MGADiag (by Microsoft) from the link found below:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
  2. Run the tool by double-clicking on the file. Press Continue when prompted
  3. When it has finished, press Copy then Paste (Ctrl+V) this into your next post please

Please also mention what version of windows is mention on your COA sticker (if you have one) but don't post the key.

Thanks that's right, unfortunately the log did not give me any useful information to go off.

Have you tried to update using the Media Creation Tool? On the below page click on the link Show All, this will display all the steps

if the above fails, please upload a new CBS log the moment it fails. I am hopping the log will capture where it is failing point. Please also upload the following:
"C:\Windows\Panther\setupact.log"
"C:\Windows\Panther\setuperr.log"
 
Ok im gonna try the first step, but I searched the folders of the second step and I did not find it in the pc.
 
i dont think so. how can i see it?
every time that i gonna make the upgrade appears the same error i try almost everything and i cant get find a solution.

If the $Windows~.bt folder isn't present, try running the Media Creation Tool upgrade again and check after the install fails.
