As I was trying to install and app I got this message.

This is an issue with Kodi.

Please try the following:

1. Download the KODI installer

2. RightClick on the installer and choose 'Troubleshoot compatibility

3. Choose 'Try recomended settings'

4 Click on 'Start the program'

5. Click on 'Yes'
