Persistent Issue 800703F1

Alright, so last night I figured I wanted to use a keyboard of mine but my PC would not detect it. It seems I have some drivers that include a USB detection driver to solve this issue. Upon installing the necessary updates, I receive this error:

I have tried the following on my own terms:

• Restarted the computer multiple times
• Removed every folder from SoftwareDistribution>Downloads
• Read Microsoft's guidelines for addressing this issue
