Hello,

I have a Windows XP SP3 restarting every seven days. In c:\windows\minidump from August 2013 to May 2015 I have minidumps files every seven days, for example:

Mini110514-01.dmp
Mini180514-01.dmp
Mini250514-01.dmp
...

Is this common? The reason of the BSOD is igxpmp32.sys driver and the proccess is iexplorer.exe.

Best Regards and thanks in advance.

Is there a reason you're still using Windows XP?
It's very old, outdated and no longer supported by Microsoft.
With lots of security vulnerabilities piling up, as well as lack of compatibility support, more issues will occur as time passes.

Unless it is imperitive that you keep Windows XP, I suggest you consider backing up your data and installing a newer version of Windows.
