[SOLVED] Perhaps a problem with windows installer?

Hello,

I don't even know if my question can be addressed by the Sysnative Forums. I have been here
before with a real Windows Update problem.

I have been unable to reinstall my HP 4500-510g computer it copies but will not print. The fixes HP Support
provided have not helped at all'

I was searching online and came across a thread from here and it occurred to me that (on a long shot) perhaps
there could be some Windows update problem.

The SFCFix.log seems to say everything is okay. However the CheckSURPersist.log and the CheckSur.log show two
0x000006B5 errors. I have attached the cbs.log as well.

If this type isn't something you look at, perhaps you might know of a forum somewhere on the internet that might be able to help.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Sorry for the delay. Your issue isn't Windows Update related as you suspected. I would suggest that you post an inquiry in either our Windows 7 forum or Hardware forum.
