[SOLVED] PC Very Slow Boot

Hi Guys i have a customer laptop with windows10 that's it's very slow to boot even if i restart it takes 15 minutes to get ready.
This is the operation i already doing:
- Disable all the service (not microsoft) and application at boot
- Update Driver
Unfortunately with no sucess problem remain.
I wait your advice to troubleshooting this kind of issue.

What i see on the monitor is this (is stay on this screen for 20-30 minutes before arrive to desktop)

i've update to the latest bios version available on the lenovo website, but the problem remain, is there a way to diagnostic if is a services,application or driver cause this startup very slow?

If can helps i reboot in safe mode and it takes the same time to boot

Hi remove the ssd from the laptop and plug to a completly different hardware on a desktop pc and it seems for now have the same problem, so it's not hardware the root cause:

Enable Fast Boot or strangely enough, if enabled UN-enable. Also go to the startup items and see what be getting in the way.
