PC scans and repairs disc on every startup.

Hello there, everytime i start my pc, my pc tries to check for disk errors and repair them. but they never get repaired. And i also just realized that i cannot update windows which is on the same disk that seems to be issued. I have also been experiencing low fps issues since ive bought the PC so maybe this is the reason. Any help is appreciated.

IF your PC is still under warranty it would be as well to return it.
