Hi there

Recently, out of the blue, my PC randomly and annoyingly started to act abnormally. Freezes and be totally unresponsive before crashing without any BSOD error code, this almost always happens when browsing the internet (not gaming or doing any other heavy tasks atm).

Symptoms typically begin with any pages or new tabs stop loading suddenly altogether as if wired connection totally absent (which isn't) without any error messages pop up either by the OS or by the browser, then both keyboard and mouse stop working in a matter of a minute, and finally my PC freezes entirely and become unresponsive, and the only way out of this situation is hard reset.

Chkdsk, memtest, system scan for malicious files all came good with no apparent issues.

Can someone please help me look into it and point out to me what I am missing here or what I should do next?.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

There doesn't appear to be any dump files nor any BSODs within your event log. Please don't give misleading information. I've amended the thread title.

I would suggest removing BitDefender Security using their official removal tool, and then using Windows Defender for now. Let's see if it makes a difference.

Hi Mr @x BlueRobot

Sorry for that, I didn't know it was forbidden to publish this bug on different forums.

Please accept my sincere apology.

Sorry once again that I might wrote the wrong description of my issue in the title, but I did so in a good faith and I didn't mean or intend at all to give any misleading info, my apologies for that too and thanks for amending the thread title.

I have tried your suggestion + Updating OS to version 1903 then proceeded to 20H2 & Drivers to latest updates, so the frequency of freezing started to dump down and be less aggressive from once every 15 minutes after booting the system to a day in and day out after so many hours of using the system in very light tasks (like browsing the internet or using MS Word processor), but not entirely disappeared.

Here I attach the CrashDump folder zipped that I missed to include before, which I hope might be of any particular help to you to get to the bottom of it.

Thank you so much
