While playing GTA V Online my pc freezes and i need to restart it. After the boot i go to Event Viewer and i have Critical Kernel-Power 41 (63).PLS HELP!

secifications:
CPU:RYZEN 5 3600
GPU:GTX 1070
MOBO:gigabyte ab350m ds3h v2
MEMORY: DDR4 3200MHZ KINGSTON
PSU: ZALMAN 500W
WINDOWS 10

Are you overclocking anything? CPU, GPU, RAM? If so, turn off all overclocking and test.

Check temps, fans with this while playing the game. If you would, while using Open Hardware Monitor, please take a screenshot of your temps while playing the game. Upload the screenshot in your next post.

The max temp on your CPU is 95°C

The max temp on your GPU is 94°C

You said the type but not how much RAM you have or how it is configured. For example do you have 1 stick of 8GB RAM (1 x 8GB) or 2 x 4GB or something else?

What type and how many drives do you have?

How many case fans?

I am wondering because while Zalman is a quality brand for coolers and fans, their PSUs have not received rave reviews for quality or efficiency. And depending on what else that PSU is powering, 500W may be stretched - especially if you are doing any overclocking. As a tech, I always want to ensure I am providing good, clean, stable power to all the components - since they all depend on it. So I would swap in a spare, known good PSU to see if the problem persists, or goes away - and especially before spending money on any other devices.

Also, is the case interior and all vents clean of heat-trapping dust?

Open Hardware Monitor is a great monitoring program - one of my favorites. But sadly, it does not have a System tray applet for full time, real time monitoring of your CPU temps. I use and recommend Core Temp for that.

Digerati i have 2x8GB, 3 fans but dont know how much mm they are, SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVME M.2 and HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM010

i forgot to say when i connect the pc to another power point the problem is gone for a 2 weeks or something and come back again

I see nothing wrong with your temps with the highest shown, only 55°C. Your GPU fan speed shows 0 RPM. That could just be a sensor issue (not uncommon). You should do a visual check to make sure it is spinning - or not.

the fans starts spinning when im in game

Which is a perfectly normal event. Gaming is taxing on the hardware. Performance demands increase, so does heat generation. So fan speeds ramp up to keep everything properly cooled. That's how it is suppose to work.

the pc starts to beeping.
And exactly where is this beeping coming from? Out of the computer speakers, or from inside the computer case? It is important to know which. If inside the computer case, it is the motherboard's BIOS warning you about something. If the speakers, it is Windows or another application.

Its from the speakers

I am afraid I am at a loss here. With it coming out of the speakers, that means some program is raising an alarm. You will need to check your apps to see if some threshold setting needs to be adjusted. That assumes you are sure your graphics card fan(s) are spinning.

But what will happen with the freeze?

Advanced System Care, from my research, can cause a lot of issues including, crashes and BSOD's.

no its not that the pc crashed again

Do you mean, you followed my instructions, uninstalled it, rebooted, played the game and it crashed again?

How do you play GTA5, through Steam?

Also, please run this: Open an elevated command prompt, in this prompt type chkdsk /r and enter. You'll receive a message telling you it can't run and can it run at the next startup. Hit Y and enter and reboot, let it run. Note any errors and let us know, please.

I'm now looking into this from the logs.

Code:
{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\HarddiskVolume13\Games\gta san andreas\GTA San Andreas. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
