PC Crashes

Hey guys idk what can be wrong with my pc cause recently it has started having lots of problems like it crashes sometimes right after i turn it on or it will just do it randomly or when i first boot up my pc i get lots of error codes and or windows just restarts itself.. idk whats wrong the only thing i can think of is i have and have had lots of data on this pc videos and i record lots of videos but my hd's i make sure don't stay full.

Also i have had a problem not being able to update for awhile but i dont know if that would cause all this now its been months since i updated through windows update cause i get the stupid 80070002 code that I have seen, all the helpers on this site cant figure out how to solve so they just don't respond or blow off the questions.

First of all, we're going to need more information. By saying you're getting error codes, it's not helping us because we don't know what to do to help you. You only have two posts, have you been here before on another account or have you run into us on different forums?

Was waiting for a reply to tell me what the info you require is i will give you that info and see what you do with it.
And as for what i have said is because i have viewed forums with people having the same updating issue as me and none of the helpers solved there issue and the time's that they responded back to the people where hours later thats a joke and that's blowing them off cause some didnt even get a response back and the one that did said he is on vacation so he started a new thread with a new rep and he didnt even solve the issue lol

for sure i am acquiring all the info in the steps you gave me and should have them uploaded soon. the steps said start new thread so I did but havent posted yet until i have all the information added to it so you can get rid of this post and assist me with the clean post of all my details will be posted under my name in next few hopefully :)
