hello sometimes I get this error when my computer boots up (never happened when booted up in safe mode). I checked myself maybe it's an easy fix but when I checked it with BlueScreenView, the error in the title came out and I couldn't solve the problem. When I had the same problem 3 times in a row today, I decided to get help before a bigger problem. I installed minidump files on three of them with SysnativeBSODCollectionApp. I'll be happy if you can help me.

İndir 051920 6640 dmp

Edit: I checked RAMs with windows memory diagnostic tool and checked SSD with crystal disk info there wasn't any error on both of them.

yes i installed it and i'm actually using it right now. It is used to adjust the voltage and turbo capability of the processor.

Sorry, just noticed, that it's more likely that ThrottleStop is using the driver, I would suggest that you either look for an updated version of the program or remove it.

this is the last version possible but I can delete it and try. If the problem is caused by it, I can use another program that performs the same function instead. thanks for the quick reply.

I tried restarting it in different ways after deleting that program and my problem seems to be solved. I will wait for the update to install it again or find something else to replace it. anyway thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting us know, hopefully when they release an update, it will resolve the issue for you.
