Office 2016 StackHash Error

Please help me to identify that it may be wrong on a user's PC that I am aware of that reports the error below:

This comes out after opening an "X" file outlook or MS word, the strange thing is that they are not all.

As I read the StacxHash, it is related to the windows DEP module, but it is not possible to add the office .exe to the exceptions.

Hi eluribe22 - Edwin. :welcome:

Try this:
1) disable internet connection
2) Launch Outlook
3) Open outlook tools, options, security tab, "download pictures" frame, click "change automatic download settings", tick/select Don’t download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail, click ok.
4) Go to MSIE tools, internet options, security tab, click reset all zones to default level, click ok.
