I ran this computer since putting it together a couple years ago without issue. I moved a few days ago and upon setting it up at the new place, I've had almost nothing but problems. Every time I've seen the BSOD error code, it's been different (missed a few/rebooted before I read it).

Upon setting up I (physically) installed a new BluRay RW drive but never installed the driver, and subsequently unplugged it when problems started showing up. I also installed a new wireless network card but was initially having issues with ethernet (so couldn't download drivers), and so I removed that as well and reinstalled the old card.

The issues started with videos/games freezing, video/game audio freezing (buzzing, sounding robotic), and the CPU/GPU 3d/and HDD spiking to 100% on the task manager performance tab. Sometimes it stopped after a few moments, sometimes it didn't. Eventually a few BSOD relating to video popped up. I ran an app to update all my drivers - graphics included - but it kept happening. I reverted to my old graphics drivers that had been stable; same problem. The issues continued with one display flickering and flashing random colors, one display going black and returning every few seconds, etc. This is when I got new BSODs than the one before. Cursory research of the error codes pointed to possible harddrive issues, so I ran a chkdsk repair on reboot of my Windows SSD drive (log also attached as I don't know how to interpret it), ran sfc which repaired a few corrupted files, and everything seemed okay for a whole day.

Then I got new BSOD when shutting down. I tried doing a system restore, had startup recovery issues, finally got it working again, but still got BSODs.

The next day none of my displays would receive a signal and after much unplugging, powering down, rebooting, it worked again. Since then I've had a few other different BSODs, which finally prompted me to stop winging it and ask for help.

My hope is that maybe some hardware got jostled during the move, but maybe something was damaged, or maybe my Windows drive is failing. I can put a computer together, run a few utilities, but I'm not savvy enough to interpret the technical stuff.

Literally any help would be appreciated beyond measure.

Thanks for the replies so far! I'm sorry for the delay on updates.

Please update your Intel graphics card driver using the Intel driver update assistant - Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
...
I would not update the BIOS or run any other diagnostic tests yet.

After running the Assistant and trying to install the Intel graphics driver, I got a popup saying "no devices were found that match devices supported by the driver"

I was able to install an update for a storage driver -- "Intel® 100 Series/C230 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller" -- using the assistant, however...

After rebooting following the update, Windows locked up while acessing the login screen (after pressing a button, but before entering login password), and after letting it sit locked up for a while I got a Driver Power State Failure BSOD.

I'm definitely curious about the Intel graphics driver. The DVI port on my motherboard hasn't been working and I noticed not having an Intel graphics driver while trying to figure stuff out on my own the other day.

OK... so, after another Driver Power State Failure BSOD this morning, I got that driver installed through the device manager. After a reboot it was working fine and the dvi port on the motherboard worked again, but the radeon driver were then labeled as not functioning correctly (but was still sending a signal through the gfx card's display port). I un/reinstalled the radeon driver with reboots in between, and got back to where I was before installing Intel driver.

In device mgr, the Intel drivers were then "hidden" and properties stated:
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

I have the Intel driver reinstalled and functioning correctly, but not with the Radeon driver. I can't seem to get both functioning correctly at the same time. Thoughts on how to proceed? Should I run the diagnostics/utilities mentioned in the first reply to this thread?

Thanks for the help so far guys; seriously if we get this sorted I'm definitely donating.

Re-run the Sysnative app from the BSOD Posting Instructions so that we can get a look at the new dumps, please.

For Intel devices, the driver on their website is often not the newest, since they release newer drivers to OEMs first. In your case, the newest available is 26.20.100.7262, not 7212, and it can be downloaded from MEGA

Could you please provide an official URL rather than uploading a .zip file to a file sharing site?

I didn't upload it. The link is taken from <removed>
The point is that one of those links in that 3rd party foreign thread where the OP is directed to download drivers from >here<

>here<
leads to this site/file, which we do not want on Sysnative

I would never instruct an OP to download the RAR file from that URL.

There is no reason why the Intel link itself leading to the Intel driver can't be posted.

So please do not post such 3rd party forum links on Sysnative that leads to files like that.

Thanks. . .

John

Actually there is such a reason - that Intel have not yet published this driver on their own website.

Please stick to official links.

I see your point on this being a newer OEM driver, that the forum has access to first, but there are risks that someone malicious could modify the driver and upload a version containing malware. It's been known to happen occasionally, so we're not prepared to direct users to download non-official drivers.

We'll delete any unofficial links for driver downloads.
