Not able to update to windows 11

Hi all, could i get some help please? I've tried to update to window 11 with the Pc health tool but it says I'm not able to update. I get this (see picture) and i have no idea how to fix it. TIA

Hi Megan,

There are no problems with your current system that affect the windows update process. The reason why you are not able to update to W11 is due to some features not being present or enabled on your system. The two listed in your screenshot are the TPM requirement and also a compatible processor. It looks as if your processor is not officially supported for W11.

You will need to upgrade your PC or simply wait until you need to purchase a new PC. W10 will continue to be supported for another 3-4 years.

Some people have been known to force the update to W11 by overriding the W11 requirements but this is not a route I would recommend.
