Earlier I had a problem with upgrading my OS so I followed the instructions from this site

because I had 0xc1900204 error popping up when I tried to install the new os.
I had changed the default location to D:\ (since I have low space on my c drive ). Now I changed it back to C:\ and I was able to install the Win11 but when I restarted the progress bar went upto 28% and it stopped. Now I have a new error. someone pls help.
