[SOLVED] Norton Antivirus

My laptop, Windows 10, 64 bit.
I keep getting the updates to load, and it says it completes, then minutes later I get You are at risk.

I removed it from my system & then reinstalled it. However, I did not remove all traces... let it leave the settings & files.
The clock is right on, so that's not the problem.

I went to intelligent installer, & downloaded updates, but they fail. I clicked on Help, Get support, it runs a live repair, & restarts, but error stays.

Any suggestions?

Try to use the Norton Uninstaller Tool to remove all traces of Norton and then perform your reinstall: Uninstall and Reinstall Norton product using the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool
