Hello,

First all I want to say that I'm not a native english speaker, but I'll try to be most clear as possible.

On the morning I received a warning from my anti-virus (Kaspersky) that I had a malware (Trojan Something) on the audiodg.exe located at system32.

As you can imagine, Kaspersky deleted the file, and together with it, the sound of my computer.

I already try to fix it through sfc /scannow, but I had this report:

2014-06-05 16:24:22, Info CSI 0000004f [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction
2014-06-05 16:24:24, Info CSI 00000051 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"audiodg.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-Audio-AudioCore, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

So I would be glad if anyone could help me.

Hello PCampedelli, welcome to Sysnative!

My name is Tom and I'll be assisting you along with one of our trainees: Machiavelli. Please don't be worried about being helped by a trainee though, firstly he's very good and secondly I'll be reviewing all of his scripts before he posts them! There might be a slight delay between our posts as there's time zone differences between us, but we'll do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible!

I'll post a note to Machiavelli but in the mean time if you could upload your logs to us then that would be great:

Export CBS folder

  1. Click the Start button
    StartButton_16x16.gif
    then click Computer.
  2. Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder.
  3. Find and double click on the Logs folder.
  4. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
  5. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
  6. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
  7. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created.
  8. Attach this to your next post please. If it is too big, please use an alternative uploading method then send me the link (Dropbox, SkyDrive, SendSpace etc.).

Tom
