New Users Can't log onto Win10

I created a new user account in Win 10, but when trying to log in, the user is immediately logged back out The only account that works is the default one from the Windows 7 upgrade. Any ideas short of a reinstall?

Create another user account using the Hidden Admin user account and see if the new account's behavior is the same.
