New R7 1700 + GTX 1080: Cracking sound & stuttering over month, high DPC on storport?
Hello guys, I hope you can help me. I've built a new computer and I have a stuttering problem, and recently cracking sound too. I've been over a month with this stuttering in games and tried everything, still can't fix it or find the cause. Bought 2 motherboards and 2 PSU and it wasn't it either. Sometimes games runs perfectly other times I have terrible stuttering and other times I get even at 20 fps with audio cracking...(this is short).
Here its my system specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F/ASRock X370 Killer SLI
Memory: HOF4CXLBS3600K17LD162K
Video Card(s): MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
Hard Disk(s): 1x Samsung EVO 850 250 GB, 1x Seagate 2 TB
Monitor: Samsung LC24F390FHU
Power Supply: EVGA G3 650W
Mouse: Logitech G520
Keyboard: Ozone Strike Pro

Looking through the website looks like this guy had similar problem and solved it: Tracing DPC issue Windows 10
But I can't uninstall the sata ahci standar from windows like he did (I had both twice sata ahci controller standar, then of installing sata amd following his steps, one was changed but still can't uninstall the other, don't know if this is my problem).
Tried several Windows reinstalls, malwarebyte scan, tried antivirus, tried withouth antiviru, uninstalling nvidia hd audio...
