[SOLVED] New problem; pin not working in safe mode

I decided to boot to safe mode to see if I could delete a folder but now I see that my pin won't work in safe mode. Before I went into safe mode I went into msconfig and set it to boot in safe mode with network.

My memory is that PIN does not work for safe mode, only password. That seems to be confirmed in a topic from about a year ago on tenforums.com: W10 Login with PIN code in SAFE mode is refused - Windows 10 Help Forums
