Happy New Year to all
10 days now and during to local lockdown, i am trying to figure out whats going on with my desktop.
I bought a new cpu 10900K and an MSI Meg Ace to replace my previous 9900K and a Z390 Aorus Master. When i received the hardware i saw that cpu was used, i called my supplier, but due to lockdown i had to wait.
I gave a shot and plugged the cpu to my new mobo, new M2 drive, install fresh os etc, to see what it can do. To my surprise it was able to make a good oc, and everything was looking good. Passed many hours of Prime95 with avx load w/o any issues. So i said great i am going to keep it.
Tried to game (Battlefield V), and unfortunately i had an awful experience with stutters... I thought my oc is bad so i went back to select bios default settings. Tried to start windows , but windows were corrupted. I said, its normal cause i had some fails during the oc. So i setup everything from the beginning. Fresh os, just mobo drivers, nvidia drivers and the game.
I did this 3 4 times, nope still stuttering. Never had such issues on the last 4-5 years... I get frametime spikes from 5ms up to 20ms difference... eeven more.
So... i am here... trying to find some experts who may give me a solution... i have spent almost 10 days, no stop searching around net, trying things... nothing worked out. I start to believe that something is wrong with either the cpu or the motherboard itself. But passing blend test, and small fft with avx for so many hours without any issues? I really dont know...
Things i have tried till now.
When i was testing my oc, passed 4h Prime95 @5.2Ghz with avx.
also had Prime95 blend test running for 8h without any problem.
After i came across with the stutters i have done the following.
Changed the MSI value thing to "1". I think this made the stutter worst.
Have unplugged everything of my mobo, even the power on reset of the case cables, leaving only my water pump and the fans for the cooling.
I have reset bios, upgrade bios, downgrade bios.
I run with 2 sticks out of my 4 to test if it had something to do with my ram.
I tried xmp on, xmp off, 3600, 2166 (or something)
Tried to run my cpu only at 3.7Ghz.
Cstates, powerplan, New and old nvidia drivers,
Tried to downclock my GPU
tried constant ping my router to check if something is wrong
Checked my router for packet loss, in case it was lan issue while gaming.
Removed my new M2 Drive, left my 2 old M2 Drivers and tried to game without adding any new drivers, and with same old settings. Didnt worked.... same results.
Many such things but nothing worked out.

So my system
MSI Z490 Meg Ace
Intel 10900K
MSI 3080 Gaming X Trio
RAM F4-3600C16Q-32GTZR
NVME2 drives
Corsair HX1200i
Custom water loop using EKWB things
Asus PG279q screen
Mouse Razer Naga Trinity
Keyboard, Corsair Strafe RGB
BitDefender Total Security
Windows 10 Pro

So i followed the info i found here and i am attaching the needed files.

Hi!
when i 1st so my issue didnt had any bitefender installed. Just windows safety programs. At some point i just install it but no difference as well.

To be honest i want to keep it, since it seems it has great oc potential, but if i wont find any solution before the end of the local lockdown, then i am going to take the whole system to the supplier from where i have bought almost everything, and ask him to start replacing mobo, cpu, gpu till he finds whats is wrong.
I wish to be a driver issue which has been installed, and always install with the windows installation and of course to be found, otherwise i dont have any other option.
Psu, keyboard, mouse, screen, memory modules, gpu are the same as before.
Also, except the drivers, i havent test displayport cable (havent replace it though) and my gpu riser cable which also hasnt been replaced. Tried to put my gpu directly into the mobo but unfortunately water pump of my water loop doesnt give me the necessary space....
I really hope, you or someone find whats wrong through the attached files...
I havent test the memory, but that prime95 blend test should had find errors (i believe) but i am already have start an overnight memory check with memtestpro (windows version) to check them also.

Let's try to remove enetechio ene.sys driver, installed likely by g.skill Trident Z Lighting Control.
From an elevated command prompt, launch these commands (let me know if they are successful or fail):
Code:
sc config enetechio start= disabled
sc stop enetechio
sc delete enetechio
Then reboot.

Or remove g.skill Trident Z Lighting Control altogether.

The logs displayed 6 non-BSOD crashes or unexpected shutdowns and restarts in the past week.

The RAM is overclocked.

The maximum supported RAM speed for i9-10900K is 2933.

The current RAM speed is 3600.

Windows failed fast startup.

Please perform the following steps:

1) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) sfc /scannow
6) chkdsk /scan
7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

13) Return all overclocks to stock

14) Uninstall Driver Booster

15) Turn off Windows fast startup:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

16) Some application crashes were related to GameManagerService.exe
If possible uninstall the Razer software

Thanks for the replies.
I am going to try everything you said when i will be back at home this afternoon.
I would like to make clear that when i 1st faved the stuttering issues i had clean os, with only mobo drivers install and the game.
No rgb programs, no driver boost, no bitdefender nothing.
I also have tried with xmp on and xmp off.
Also tried with underclock cpu setting.
Tried with 8 cores out of 10.

If you get the problem with BFV only, you can try to adjust NVIDIA control panel settings for it.
If you get this problem with everything, I'd change CPU; and motherboard, if that won't be sufficient.

So what else i tried

1. Uninstall G.Skill RGB program
2. Update Razer Program
3. Tried new displayport cable
4. Tried a quadro display card
5. Running on non xmp ram profile

6. Run all the orders on cmd and
sfc /scannow found errors
health was ok
restorehealth done
and while i was making 2nd sfc /scannow... i accidently restart my pc -.-

So i started all over and before i post below my results... i would like to inform you that while scanhealth was running, i saw 6 maybe more black rectangular boxes around my screen in the size similar to cmd command letters.
the results were

Make sure that there is no overclocking.

An make sure Windows fast startup is off.

Place the computer in safe mode for several days starting tomorrow: (shift + restart)

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

The longer the continuous safe mode the better the testing conditions.

For any unexpected shutdowns and restarts run the Sysnative log collector.
