New Computer Getting BSOD Frequently - Windows 10 x64

Hello everyone,
I recently built a new computer from scratch and it was acting fine for the first two weeks I had it but now it gets BSOD at least 5 times a day. It's getting worse and worse. Hopefully I followed the instructions on what to include in this thread correctly. If not, please ask for any other information you may need in order to aid me.

*OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Windows 10
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64
· What was original installed OS on system? (i created the computer and downloaded windows 10 on it)
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? full retail version.
· Age of system (hardware)? No more than 2 months.
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? Same as hardware (about 2 months). I have never re-installed the OS.

· CPU - Intel Core i5-4690k @3.50 GHz
· Video Card - none, integrated to CPU I believe.
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) Gigabyte Intel Z97 LGA 1150 Micro ATX Motherboard GA-Z97M-DS3H
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE, 600W Continuous Power

· System Manufacturer - Gigabyte Technology Co.
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) - Z97M-DS3H

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

  1. You could try to modify your environment variable PATH (from Control Panel\System and Security\System - advanced system settings, click environment variables, double-click path, click edit text):
    Code: 
    c:\windows;c:\windows\system32;c:\windows\System32\Wbem;c:\windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
    You could add ;C:\Program Files\Windows Defender at the end of it, if you are using it (like it seems).
  2. Your ram g.skill F3-12800CL9-4GBXL isn't officially supported by your gigabyte motherboard GA-Z97M-DS3H (it isn't listed in their Qualified Vendors List - QVL).
    I don't know if this could be the principal problem (i.e., not compatible RAM).
  3. Most of BSODs are BugCheck 12B.
    It seems bad RAM cause them, and also the other BugCheck codes, hence you should test your two sticks.
    If you shouldn't already know how to do it, wait sysnative experts's advice, they'll tell you how to test them!!!
    If you already know it, you can start the test.
  4. It seems there's an update for your BIOS on Gigabyte website: they want you install their APP CENTER software, before you update it...

About point 2, I've searched more about your RAM and it doesn't exist on gskill website. :eek:
Maybe the RAMINFO.HTML (in the logs) lost the D in F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL.

8 of the 14 dumps submitted had a bugcheck = 0x12b - hardware memory error

Other bugchecks -
0xa - driver improperly accessed memory
0xea - critical system process died
0x1a - severe memory management error
0x109 - kernel corruption

Varying bugchecks generally point to unknown hardware failure as the cause of the BSODs. Unfortunately, the dumps are incapable of telling us exactly which piece of hardware has failed.
