New Computer = Audio Spikes, High Latency, Heavy lags.

Hello. People, i need your help please. Just got a new computer.

I have all new I7 4770k, gigabyte Z87X-OC Mobo, 2x8GB Corsair vengence ddr3 1600mhz, MSI gtx 780 ti, Corsair RM750 PSU, Plextor 256GB ssd, Windows 7 64
The problem is cracking sound (even with windows greetings sound) and system lags when cracking appears.
Sometimes all is fine, i can play games for hours with no problems.

I installed all new drivers wich i could find, disabled all CPU power saving in windows and bios, updated bios to latest version, reinstalled windows 7, checked wires connection...

If i uninstall my Nvidia drivers all is fine. Except the fact i can't proper use my 780ti. :)
I tried to switch my 780 gtx ti with my mate's gtx 780... clean install, removed drivers, installed new ones = same issue.
So i think problem not in videocard's hardware.

Please help me, i need to find the case and exchange hardware over warranty if needed.

Update audio drivers (after NVIDIA drivers are installed) -

Is BIOS updated to F8?

My BIOS is F8.
I updated audio drivers from gigabyte site... Still have issue.
I noticed one thing, driver first deleted itself and rebooted the system, and system worked pretty good and after i installed drivers and rebooted again - same lags. Same thing was with NVidia drivers.

Go to NVIDIA and download latest drivers from there.

When installing, select "custom" (if offered) and do not install NVIDIA HD Audio - see what happens.

Tried again to reinstall Nvidia 335.23 driver... still same problem... Nvidia Kernel Mode Driver (nvlddmkm.sys) have more than 12 ms execution...
