New Build - BSOD

I built this gaming and video editing system myself after weeks of reseach on hardware - it's my first build in almost 7 years. Seems my old OEM disc is now showing as "Non-Genuine" (though for years it was good to go?), but I am going to purchase a new key at the end of the month when I get paid (and reinstalling the OS).

But my issue is basically when I play video, either streaming, local or run video from a flash app, the system bluescreens with the error "Clock Interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval". I thought it might be a heat issue, so I added some fans, but still, BSOD pretty much anytime I try to watch or edit a video...
I still haven't tried to load a game - can't imagine that would go well at this point.

I downloaded the newest drivers for my new hardware from the manufacturers involved, so should be the newest available.

Any help, please?
