Having exactly the same problem with my 6750xt after using DDU 1-2 times and installing again the drivers it fixes the problem fot like 1-3 weeks then again the same thing happens. cant find the issue that causes this, my guess is the drivers become corrupt after a while or something else conflicts with the drivers
That might suggest a hardware cause, but without any data we really can't be sure. AMD builds need to keep the BIOS updated because that contains the latest AGESA microcode on which AMD builds depend.
