Would anyone be able to help me with this a little annoying situation - on one of my Windows Server 2019 machines in my network Netlogon service does not want to load automatcally. I can however get to start it manually using for example "Server Manager"... What could be the cause?

Have you checked the event logs for anything related to that service? Have you checked that it's service dependencies are also able to start automatically? They should be okay though:

Indicates that the service is to be started (or was started) by the operating system, at system start-up. If an automatically started service depends on a manually started service, the manually started service is also started automatically at system startup.
