I have tried running the SFCFix Tool, but it was unable to complete. I have attached my CBS logs and DISM log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't provide enough info. Update and .NET Framework are not working. I have attempted to fix with SFCfix and DISM, but it has not corrected the issue.

The principle error code is HRESULT 0x80240017.
