Neither IE10 or IE 11 will NOT install

I am running Windows 7 Professional (see MySystem.jpg attachment)

I have tried to install Internet Explorer 10 and Internet Explorer 11 using Windows Update. Every time I get the 9C57 error (an unknown error) (see WinUpdate.jpg attachment)

I then went to Microsoft.com and downloaded the appropriate exe file to install them manually. Each time, I get the same issue with both IE 10 and IE 11: "Internet Explorer needs an update before installing". When I click "Get update" it brings me to a webpage with a few links to updates that I might need to install. Either they are already installed or they do not apply to my computer.

Then I uninstalled IE 9 and tried again. The exact same problems.

Can you help?

So my CBS.zip is too large for your website, so I had to split it up into 2 zip files. CBS.persist.zip has the CBD.persist file in it, the cbs.bld.zip has the cbs.bld file, CbsPersist....zip file has the largest of the CbsPersist.....cab files and CBS.zip has everything else.

I have attached my zip files and the 2 JPG files that I mentioned above.

here the same problem for at least 30 computers, IE main log show Setup exit code: 0x00009C47 (40007) - Required updates failed to download. CBS differs from pc to pc, tried already SFC but without result.
