Could you please elaborate on the issue your experiencing?

My computer was working fine. I went to reboot it & it wouldn't come back up & my internet wouldn't connect anymore,keeps saying that the Diagnostic policy Service has stopped working. I did have the codes that was sent for the Windows 10 upgrade,I deleted those. I have done several system restores to no avail. I get Error codes like OX8024402C OX8004001 & 8007371B (KB2913608) when I try to to see why Windows doesn't start. Am I making any sense to you?

If you are able to access the computer desktop try the following:

• Hit the Windows Key + R and type 'Command Prompt'
• Run it as administrator
• Then type these commands: (Press enter after each command)
  • net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
  • net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
  • exit
• Restart the computer

If the problem continues please follow up on the thread so I or someone of the community can further help you fix the issue.
