You "bumped" your thread in less than 24 hours. Please be patient. We're not a paid support forum and are run by volunteers.

Could you please open an elevated command prompt and then enter the following command:

Rich (BB code):
fsutil resource setautoreset true %systemdrive%\

Afterwards, please reboot the machine and then run DISM again. If it fails with the same error code, then please follow these instructions:

Capture Process Monitor Trace
1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Try running DISM just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the square icon on the toolbar as shown below.

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and provide the link to the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or WeTransfer.

Please note you are running a dev build and it will have bugs.

thank you so much for reply.
I'm sorry being too pushy about that. this problem had been frustrated me about a week...
anyway I try your command is showing as the request not supported.
I need to use the below command
(It just weried why the TXF log got corruption but never notified me about that)

fsutil behavior set disabletxf C:\ 0
and retyping it to reenable
fsutil behavior set disabletxf C:\ 1

it turn back normal.
