need help, sony vaoi keeps shutting down

A few days ago while playing a game, my computer randomly shut down. Ever since, everytime I open a game, it shuts down within 30 seconds. Need help asap please!!!

Hi, check if it is temperature problem as a first step, install something like hardware monitor and check the temperature of the hardware

got core temp, my min core #0 is 59c max is 72c, thats without loading a game
core #1 is 53c min, max is 68c

you should check the GPU ( video card ) temp, because you say that it goes off when play so probably is GPU over heating, lunch the game and keep hardware monitor open, and check if before go down the temp is very high, any blue screen or just off ?
