i do this :

1. Unpin everything from Quick Access.
2. Set Explorer to open to This PC instead of QA.
3. Clear Explorer's history from the options dialog and uncheck the two QA-related settings while you're there. Turning off thumbnails by checking "Always show icons, never thumbnails" might also help.
4. If none of the above solve the issue, try disabling the Windows Search service.
5.DISM
6.Sfc /scannow
7.Reinstall windows
8.Automatic Repair Couldn't repair your pc

i try this all but nothing change

Do you need Internet Download Manager? If not, remove this program

Well, unfortunately, but the memory dumps show that this program causes problems with Windows Explorer. Maybe try to reinstall the program? As a last resort, replace it with some similar program

I tried removing IDM and it worked, but is there a way that I can still use my IDM?

The only thing that will probably help is reporting it to the developer of IDM, and until then using some replacement

You have installed version 6.37 build 9.
Currently it's present an updated version on their website: 6.37 Build 14 (dated 1 May 2020).
You can try the new version and check if the problem disappeared.
Otherwise you must contact the developer to fix this problem.
