I have used latencymon to find what drivers were the ones responsible to cause high DPC latency and they're the same that are commonly seen in the internet (ndis.sys, tcpip.sys, wdf01000.sys, nvlddmkm.sys). Thing is, i gave up after months of trying to look for an answer and decided to buy new pc components to build a new pc. Guess what? after mounting a new fresh built pc with a fresh installed OS, I decide to run latencymon in hopes i wouldn't get the same results as I had with my previous computer and.... Results are still the same with the same drivers and same high executions...
I don't get it, i spent over 1k$ literally just to get rid of these issues and it still persist.. So my only hope is the windows perfomance analyzer but I have no idea how to use it, maybe someone can guide me with instruction on how to create a proper .cpl so i can post it here and you can check it out whats going wrong?
im really frustrated at this point. I would be eternally grateful. if you want me to post latencymon results as well let me know.
my computer specs:

INTEL i5 9500k
EVGA SC GTX 1060
SAMSUNG EVO SSD 500GB
