I'm using an Asus Zephyrus G15 laptop and have been suffering from high latency issues for a few months now.
While using the laptop, I get a high latency of 65500 (i8042prt.sys) every 5 seconds or so, and once it happens, it stays there until I reboot the laptop.
What drives me even more crazy is that it happens completely randomly.
Sometimes it doesn't happen after 12 hours of continuous use, but other times it happens 5 minutes after a reboot.
To resolve this issue, I have tried almost every solution on the internet and have downgraded from Windows 11 and am currently using Windows 10.
I saw a post that said the issue was related to the Bluetooth and wireless lan card, so I changed the lan card from MediaTek to Intel, but that didn't work.
Can someone please advise me what could be causing this issue?
