ndis.sys high latency causing troubles handling real-time audio and other tasks.

Over the last few days my laptop kept having stutters when watching videos over Youtube or Vlc, with audio breaking and even the mouse stuttering. So I went ahead used LatencyMon which reported back high DPC routine execution times from ndis.sys.
This is my xperf file: CPU.etl
If anybody can help me identify the problem I would be ever so grateful.
