Hello there, everyone.
I've been struggling for the past weeks (months) in trying to find a solution to the insane amounts of DPC latency upgrading to windows 10 has caused upon my system.
With various DPC latency monitoring software, I've managed to pinpoint Ndis.sys having upwards of 85000 microseconds of latency and usbxhci.sys coming to about 2000. All other sources seem 'fine' at about 800 maximum.
If I disable my network card in the device manager, the massive 86k+ spikes disappear, as they do when there is no internet related activity going on.
other than that the latency is consistently at around 1000 microseconds, which I believe is still too high.
Is there anything I can do to improve this simply unacceptable latency? my computer is constantly stuttering whenever I play online videogames/videostreams.
If I need to post any logs let me know, I'm not sure what I should add/upload in advance without making the post a giant wall of text.
CDC.
