Please help

I enabled the minidump to no avail because whenever my laptop crashes, the .dmp files aren't registered in this folder

Is the F: volume the same one as where the page file is stored? Could you please open a command prompt window and then enter the following command:

Rich (BB code):
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl

Please post the output in your next post.

FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download the attached fixlist.txt and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

The script will restore the dump file settings back to their defaults. Once the system crashes again, then please follow the posting instructions.

Could you please run this command one more time to verify that the settings have been set correctly:

Rich (BB code):

Please post the output in your next post.

Thanks, seems to be okay to me; once the system has crashed again, then please follow the posting instructions and upload the .zip file which will be produced.

Unfortunately, there were no dump files saved and I couldn't see any evidence of BSOD crashes from your event logs either. However, I would remove Kaspersky using official removal tool and Proton VPN since both usually cause problems like system instability. Additionally, there seems to be a number of hardware warnings regarding a Bluetooth device as well?

I have had Kaspersky TS for a long time on multiple devices and there haven't been any issues on any other devices. The same goes for ProtonVPN. Idk about the hardware warnings

Do you have any USB Bluetooth devices currently connected? Unfortunately, I'm limited to what advice I can give because this doesn't appear to be a BSOD related issue.

I would suggest that you disconnect the headset for now and see if the system is more stable. There is any Bluetooth related devices connected to the USB hubs? I assume the two hubs don't have any Bluetooth capabilities?

Correct those hubs are USB only
