Thanks, seems to be okay to me; once the system has crashed again, then please follow the posting instructions and upload the .zip file which will be produced.
I have had Kaspersky TS for a long time on multiple devices and there haven't been any issues on any other devices. The same goes for ProtonVPN. Idk about the hardware warningsUnfortunately, there were no dump files saved and I couldn't see any evidence of BSOD crashes from your event logs either. However, I would remove Kaspersky using official removal tool and Proton VPN since both usually cause problems like system instability. Additionally, there seems to be a number of hardware warnings regarding a Bluetooth device as well?
Well I have a Bluetooth Headset and 2 USB hubs connected to my laptopDo you have any USB Bluetooth devices currently connected? Unfortunately, I'm limited to what advice I can give because this doesn't appear to be a BSOD related issue.
Correct those hubs are USB onlyI would suggest that you disconnect the headset for now and see if the system is more stable. There is any Bluetooth related devices connected to the USB hubs? I assume the two hubs don't have any Bluetooth capabilities?
I tried that and the issue persistsOkay, in that case, disconnect the headset and see what happens.
Does it tell you anything now?I would recommend that you disconnect everything connected to the laptop and then perform a clean boot using these instructions.
According to Eventviewer, these have to do with today's crash.I would recommend that you disconnect everything connected to the laptop and then perform a clean boot using these instructions.
