One of the dumps complains about a DirectX 11 driver.
If you changed game settings to use DirectX 11 (instead of DirectX 9), try to reset them all.
Or at least change the DirectX 11 setting.
Reset your game settings in steam.how do you reset direct x 11 ?
Reset your game settings in steam.
Close Dota 2.
Go to Steam's game library, find Dota 2, right click it and choose 'Properties'
Click on 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS'
In the text field, locate '-gl' or '-vulkan' and simply delete it. This will set Dota 2 to use DX9.
Click the 'OK' button to save the changes.
Start Dota 2
Open the video settings and make sure -dx9 is selected. Notice that changing this value requires another Dota 2 restart.

+engine_experimental_drop_frame_ticks 1 +voice_fadeouttime 0 -safe

Did you add these switches to the launch parameters?
Are you running the 32 bit version or the 64 bit of the executable? If 32, try the 64.
Then, whichever one you choose, you might want to re-download and re-install the corresponding Visual C++ that goes with each version.
The win64 version is linked with the visual c++ 2010 libraries The win32 version is linked with the visual c++ 2005 libraries
Then to @softwaremaniac 's suggestion to check with devs, see this: Troubleshooting crashes
