Greetings,

Let me give a bit of overview, I'm a gamer and I was trying to find out how to get less input delay in games so I started browsing through YouTube and found a video that I thought might be good for me. The video had an optimization pack that I downloaded and ran a whole bunch of registry & bcd tweaks and all of that nonsense, So every time I restarted my computer I ran the registry tweaks and all of that plenty of times, I then started to see a significant decrease in performance, whether it being the cursor freezing and jittering and the whole screen freezing etc. So I opened the trusty command prompt, and ran SFC /scannow. To my surprise, SFC only made it under 10% and then stopped functioning and said The windows resource protection could not perform the requested action. So I lived with it for a while trying many online tutorials, I've ran the command prompt in safe mode ran chkdsk, modified security descriptors in the WINSXS folder, my Windows module Installer is high-functioning. So I cannot test my laptop for corrupted windows files. This is the same case for when I try and run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth I get Error: 1009 The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I could reset but I really don't want to as I've had this laptop for 1 year and haven't reset it and I have a whole bunch of games that have like 30 or 20g+ files that I would need to reinstall plus a whole bunch of other memories, This is my last resort, I really don't want to have to reset and have to download huge amounts of storage worth of games again especially with slow internet. I don't have notifications for this website but I do have a Discord which could be handy as I am active on Discord frequently, also it would be helpful to get on a call and discuss what is going on. My discord is youtube avaix#4124

Update: I ran config>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth /english and found No component store corruption detected. This might help.
Update 2: I tried running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /english instead of dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and I am still getting the same error 1009, the configuration registry database is corrupt.
Update 3: I've attached 3 logs, the first dism.log is the one i received when running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /english, the second DISM.log is the one I received from running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, and the CBS log is from the 2nd DISM.log attached which is the log I received when running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.

Well I guess I'll leave it up to you guys, I'll check in every 10 minutes to see if I have gotten a response.
