i may have solved it i have gone all day with no crash yet, me and my cousin went in BIOS and disabled core performance boost and another thing to do with the cpu pushing it past its base clock all the time for no reason , so since then it doesnt go above 3.8 ghz and also we turned off a-xmp and manually adjusted the dram speed to 3133 , my ram is rated for 3200 so its just underclocked a tiny bit, and i guess since these changes i have had no issues, im not sure i cant remember what the other change was called but it was in relation to the CPU boost stuff, and i'm not sure which of these did it but if it aint messin up im not gunna mess around with it anymore, i was even able to play warzone all day with no crash
