My computer enters maintenance mode all the time

My computer enters maintenance (I mean the flag with the clock below) every day all day. This is not normal. I wanted to know if anyone knows any solution. Attached image.

Nothing. Only updates for Windows Defender as I could see. Thank you very much, greetings.

I get that too. It is just a reminder and you should run WU or the Update feature of WD. Keeping WD updated is one of the most important security duties you, as the user, have. And since 10s of 1000s of new malicious software is released into the wild every day :eek4:, Microsoft puts out a new WD update almost daily too. A good thing!

If you don't want to see the flag all the time on that little triangle, select customize and change the setting to Only show notifications.

It was without anti-virus that maintenance installed me WD updates. Now use the Norton anti-virus. Thanks a lot. Best regards.

Not sure what you mean by "without anti-virus" but since installing Norton, you WD should now be disabled and you should not get any more notices for it.
